Omschrijving
Ibanez Ghostrider GR520 Vintage Sunburst
"With its set-in neck and humbucking pickups, the Ghostrider is a descendent of the famous Ibanez Artist models of the late 1970s. The Ghostrider features a smaller, redesigned body and is made of alder (rather than mahogany) for lighter weight and comfort. The Ghostrider's neck also has the same width and 24.75 inch scale length as the Artist but its depth is slightly shallower.
The GR520's carved maple top ads extra brilliance to both its tone and appearance. A conventional adjustable bridge/tailpiece provides variable string tension. The GR520's impressive good looks are further augmented by beautiful block inlays and stunning sunburst finishes.
What category of player was the Ghostrider designed for? The no category player who wants humbuckers, a set-in neck and a fat chunky sound. With independent minded players like Shawn Lane, Alex Skolnick and Ministry's Al Jourgensen and Mike Scaccia amongst its enthusiastic users, a more diverse group be hard to imagine."
